    All office space users can access the communal kitchen and kitchenette area, as well as communal toilets. This space is cleaned and maintained to a high standard by the landlord.

  • Dual Line Phone Cabling

    Each office has dual line phone cabling to connect to telephone and broadband network (this is not included) for fast and secure connection .

  • Individual External Mailboxes

    Each office has access to a secure external mailbox, so you can be sure to receive all your communications straight to your workspace.

Contract Terms

Flexible terms are available to suit individual requirements. Rent and Service Charge are payable monthly in advance by standing order and are subject to VAT. A rent deposit equivalent to one month’s rent including VAT is required together with a small administration charge on completion of the occupational agreement. The Service Charge covers the costs of all heating, lighting, maintenance, cleaning and buildings insurance costs.

Business Rates are not included because individual occupants can take advantage of the Small Business Rate Relief scheme, which should mean that no rates are payable.
