Sheepbridge Business Centre provides individual offices within a modern office environment.

Facilities

 

Each office is well presented – decorated, carpeted, with modern suspended ceilings and lighting with dado trunking for power sockets and data cabling. There is dual line phone cabling to a central communications room from where a connection to the telephone and broadband network can be made (this is not included). Furniture can be provided if required. Each office has an exclusive external letterbox with key. A shared kitchen and kitchette together, with toilet facilities for use by tenants and their staff. The common parts, kitchen and toilets are cleaned and maintained by the landlord. There is ample free car parking and pleasant landscaped grounds.

Controlled key fobs provide 24 hr secure access to the offices, and suites have a door entry phone which gives access to the reception area only. Each Suite has an individual key pad alarm with an option to link to a monitoring service. There is also CCTV monitoring of the building.

 

 

Training / Meeting Room

 

We also have a separate facility which is ideal for training sessions, seminars or group meetings, which is available for hire at a modest rate on a day by day basis.

 

 

 

 

Terms

 

Flexible terms are available to suit individual requirements. Rent and Service Charge are payable monthly in advance by standing order and are subject to VAT. A rent deposit equivalent to one month’s rent including VAT is required together with a small administration charge on completion of the occupational agreement. The Service Charge covers the costs of all heating, lighting, maintenance, cleaning and buildings insurance costs.

 

Business Rates are not included because individual occupants can take advantage of the Small Business Rate Relief scheme, which should mean that no rates are payable.

We have a wide selection of offices from 94 sq ft  up to 534 sq ft, with many in the range of approximately 150 – 250 sq ft.  These are ideal for 1 or 2 people, or up to 4 or 5.
